DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNT MANAGER.
Neneh obtained her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. She has been in the mental health sector for 12 years and is a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Case Manager (CCM). After years of overseeing and performing revenue cycle management services for several private practices including her own, she founded OHC to help providers make and save money.
Neneh has been in the medical billing field for over 5 years and is a certified professional biller (CPB) with AAPC. She has experience billing for several medical specialities as well as billing in multiple practice management systems. Her goal is to make sure every client receives maximum reimbursement on every service performed while providing excellent customer service.
